1. Bio-gas
plant

The institution
is setting up a Bio-gas plant of 35 M3 capacity which can meet the entire cooking
gas requirement of the Institution.
|

2. Agriculture
|
|
|
|
SNIMS is starting
an agricultural project in and around the campus to cultivate the entire vegetables
required for the Institution throughout the year, so that it is able to provide
pesticide free vegetables to the entire inmates.

3. High
Tension Electricity
|
|
|
|
SNIMS is having
a substation of 11 KV, 2500 KVA designed capacity, where we have commissioned 1250
KVA transformer with RTCC panel (we can keep the voltage in limit by on-load tap-changer).
The same has been charged & commercial consumption will commence in June 10.

|
The institution
is equipped with the backup power of 410 KVA total capacity generators.
